Job Description:

A shop maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep functionality of a commercial shop. This position involves various tasks related to maintaining the physical premises, equipment, and fixtures, creating a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities:

· Facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, repairs, and handy man services, preventive maintenance.

· Responsible for performing a wide range of labor-intensive tasks that support the smooth operation of a workplace or project. These tasks are typically manual, repetitive, and require physical effort to complete.

· Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, and fellow workers.

· Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing.

· Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.

· Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

· Must be able to withstand working outdoors in high and low temperatures.

· We are looking for someone who wants to learn skilled trades like electrical, plumbing (PVC), assembly, fabrication and welding.

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed, Possible Holidays.

Starting Pay:

$16 an hour

After the Probation Period of 90 days, you will be ELIGIBLE for an increase pay raise of $18 an hour.
