Shop Foreman / Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (2+ years experience required)

Elite Equipment is seeking a Shop Foreman / Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to lead and perform maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and industrial vacuum equipment. We value teamwork, innovation, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydro vac units, and vacuum trucks

- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

- Perform winterization and corrosion control procedures

- Maintain accurate service records

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Qualifications

- 2+ years of heavy-duty truck mechanic experience (required)

- Experience with Hydrovac, industrial vacuum trucks, hydraulics, and high-pressure water pumps (preferred)

- Electrical troubleshooting skills (preferred)

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening

- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Experience (Preferred)

- Industrial Vacuum Truck: 1 year

- Hydrovac Truck: 1 year

- Hydraulics: 1 year

- High Pressure Water Pump: 1 year

- Diesel engine repair: 1 year

- Semi Truck Mechanic: 1 year (Required)

- Electrical troubleshooting: 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
