Shipping Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee our shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient shipping processes, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing warehouse distribution.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

- Shipping management through Fedex shipping system

- Manage inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.

- . Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline order fulfillment processes for online sales.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse management is preferred.

- Expert for Fedex shipping system.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.

- Experience operating Reach Truck and other material handling equipment is essential.

- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
