Shipping & Receiving Technician

- Load and unload materials as they enter and leave the facility. Forklift and overhead crane

- Check, pack, and unpack materials for quality assurance, making sure all materials are in working condition.

- Parts and inventory cycle counts / Lifting parts

- Complete delivery and pickup paper work on equipment being rented to customer

- Answer phone calls and speak with customers about job issues. This would include pricing, equipment rented, upcoming projects, etc…

- Type up rental or sale quotes, as per customer’s request.

- Notify sales staff and management of new rents and all concerns about orders, pricing, or invoicing issues.

- Communicate with fellow employees on a daily basis

- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail

- Work overtime and weekends as needed

- Perform all tasks requested by supervisors

- Attend all safety and training classes as needed

- Follow all safety rules and company policies
