Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Manager based in Miami, FL. The Shipping Manager will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Key responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing shipments, coordinating with carriers, maintaining inventory accuracy, providing exceptional customer service, and operating forklifts when necessary.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping

- Experience in Inventory Management and maintaining accurate records

- Strong Customer Service skills

- Proficiency in Forklift Operation

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
