Position Overview
The management of receiving materials and supplies.
Essential Functions
•Receive containers, review quantity and quality according to the Packing List. Once completed, printing the Bill of Landing. and printing the Bill of Landing
•Stock the material received in the designated locations
•Maintains accurate information of daily moves ensuring inventory updates.
•Collaborates and communicates with sales, shipping and others involved in the receipt process.
•Support the requested working process by sending the jobs, receiving and weighting the product to ensure quantities and quality.
Work Experience
•3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience and inventory management
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing duties of job, employee is regularly required to be in a standing position, physical requirements are loading manipulation, strength, visual ability.
Additionally, the employee may be exposed to different weather conditions and loud noise levels.
