Job Title: Shingle Recycling Sales Representative

Location: 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108


FLSA Classification: Exempt


Position Type: Full-Time

Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $60k with an opportunity to earn $100,000 per year


Salary is negotiable depending on experience.


About the role

SCM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shingle Recycling Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and possess the drive and work ethic necessary to generate new sales within the roofing and shingle manufacturing industries.

This position will primarily focus on networking and building relationships with roofing companies and shingle manufacturers in the Fort Worth market area to bring their discarded shingles and inert materials to Silver Creek Materials for recycling.


What you'll do

Build relationships with roofing companies, contractors and industry professionals within the Fort Worth area.
Promote and sell the benefits of bringing discarded shingles and inert materials to SCM for recycling.
Drive new sales by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
Educate clients on SCM’s services and sustainable solutions for material recycling.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
Networking: Attend roofing & shingle events / conferences.
Collaborate with the operations team on streamlining logistics for incoming loads.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma, or equivalent education.
Bilingual English & Spanish communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “Go-Getter” mentality.
Ability to work in the field independently
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
