Position Title: Shift Manager
Reports to (Position Title): Site Manager
Location: East Point, GA
Overview
Corporate Services Management (CSM) is an award winning specialized integrated facilities maintenance and cleaning services provider for large showcase Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and other complex commercial, industrial, and government properties. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, the Company provides services to large commercial accounts in and around the Atlanta airport.
Position Summary
The Shift Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of Site and the oversight of a team during the shift. Responsibilities will include all aspects of daily leadership, operational productivity, safety, shift planning, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Supervise the work activities of Team Members within his/her area
•Inspect completed work for conformance to standards
•Communicate day-to-day job-site objectives to team members using the appropriate programs and tools
•Leverage CSM tools and technology systems to review, audit, and monitor performance metrics.
•Train and develop team members within the work team, through the management of training calendar and curriculum
•Engage in coaching for the development of team members
•Provide input into appropriate discipline decisions related to team members
•Provide input to the team members on performance appraisals and make recommendations on promotion of team members in his/her area
•Supervisor, train, coach, and develop team members to ensure customers receive excellent service and that team members are engaged in cleaning and maintaining the premises
•Ensure that time keeping requirements are lawfully upheld during shift
•Creating shift schedules for CSM staff
•Oversight of all cleaning activities on airport concourse to ensure that the concourse is properly cleaned in accordance with the customer’s expectations and CSM’s contractual obligations.
•Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Education:
•High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred
•Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience:
•Two to four years of management experience
