Summary: This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and monitors the performance, safety, training, and work activities of plant operators. Also ensures plant equipment and process control conform to established production quality, quantity, and safety parameters. Assignments are primarily routine in nature and carried out in accordance with general work instructions, practices, procedures, and precedents. This employee is one of 4 reporting to the Superintendent of Operations.
The ideal candidate will be safety minded, dependable, and motivated and have experience operating an Articulated Haul Truck such as JD460, VolvoA45G, Cat 745, or Komatsu HM400.

Education and Experience: Must have experience in all areas of the production facility and/or an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. Must have verifiable experience demonstrative of effective team building and leadership abilities.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be PC proficient and possess the ability to quickly master skills required to function with expertise in mainframe functions. Must be proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E, Kronos, and Outlook.
