Sheet Metal MIG & TIG Field Welder

The Walsh & Albert Company is looking for Field welders experienced in Mig welding of HVAC ductwork. All work will be Jobsite environment within the Houston Tx area. Welder must have experience in welding minimum 20 gauge mild steel and stainless steel 304/316. A welding test will be administered to check on quality of work. Welder must be able to pass a physical, drug test and background check. The Walsh & Albert company offers a competitive pay rate per hour including overtime, paid vacations, paid holiday’s, and insurance. Welder will be responsible for the following:

Ability to ready and understand ductwork Fabrication Labels and drawings.

Ability to prep, tack, fit, section, & install material.

Ability to properly weld 22, 20, 18, & 16 gauge material.

Job will be Jobsite welded ductwork installation type work.

Must Have Ability to Commute to Jobsite.

Please note that hourly pay is based on quality of welds during weld test & experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
