•
Maintain inventory and set-up of all forging tooling and dies
•
Assembling trimmers, die sets, pierce operations & drop through’s.
•
Assembling cassettes for 1000 ton, 1600 ton, 2500 ton & 4000 ton presses.
•
Operate steam cleaners, cutting torch (acetylene & propane), belt sander, grinder, impact wrenches & basic hand tools.
•
Operate fork trucks in order to transport and store forging tooling.
•
Inspect and fill out necessary paper work on new, used, and re-worked dies according to blue prints.
•
Demonstrate good mathematical ability & attention to detail.
•
All other duties required.
Experience
Required
•
1 year(s): Mathematical ability, including proficiency with decimals
•
1 year(s): Experience using micrometers and calipers
Education
Required
•
High School or better
