Position Summary
We are currently seeking two entry-level Reporting Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in validating and reporting financial settlements for energy markets. Reporting directly to the Settlements Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including Energy Managers, Energy Originators, and Accounting staff.

Essential Job Functions
•Validate energy settlement charges for a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple energy markets.
•Format and deliver clear, concise reports to both internal and external stakeholders on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis.
•Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data required for energy settlement in our internal systems.
•Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate settlement results and other pertinent information.
•Participate in the testing of new data integrations, reports, and data visualizations.
•Design and document novel processes and procedures.
Education/Experience/Skills
•A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Management Information Systems is preferred (Five years of related experience for a related power industry company may be substituted for a degree)
•Object Oriented Programming knowledge, C# programming or JavaScript is a plus
•Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence software (such as Tableau or similar) is preferred.
•Familiarity with relational databases.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
The job will require sitting in an indoor office environment, the need to visually read various written materials including, but not limited to paper documents and computer monitors. The job may also require standing, bending, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs., carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, crouching, driving, and airline travel.
The incumbent will have the ability to use standard office equipment such as PC, printer, telephone, calculator, and copy and fax machines. Travel required to meetings in other office buildings including local, domestic and foreign.
