Service Technician

Universal Misting Systems is Canada’s leader in perishable control and outdoor cooling. We are looking for an energetic go getter with good mechanical understanding.

We will fully train from the beginning until you are comfortable and ready to be in the field by yourself. The right candidate will have the following characteristics:

- 1 yr or more of plumbing experience

- live within 20kms of our shop

- punctuality and good time management skills

- a valid drivers license and clean driving record

- able to read write and speak English fluently.

- able to work in public places and have good interpersonal skills

- have good personal hygiene

- able to lift upto 60lbs

- able to climb up and down an 8 ft ladder

- able to work the odd weeknight weekend (some weekends in summer

- use hand and power tools well

- good mechanical understanding of water, pressure, filtration is an asset but not essential.

This is not a 9-5 job. We service clients who need our systems running. The right candidate will understand this and do what's best for our company and clients. If you do this we will reward you accordingly thru bonuses and incentives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
