We're now looking for a passionate and hardworking Service Technician Supervisor to join our team!
What You'll Do:
The Service Technician Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily workload of service technicians, ensuring the efficient scheduling of repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installation services for both company equipment and third-party products. This role may also include oversight of bottled water production and warehouse personnel. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and placing supply orders to support seamless operations. The primary objective is to maximize efficiency in planning and execution, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, run smoothly, and consistently exceed customer expectations. The Supervisor also serves as a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Service Technician when needed.
