The Service Technician is responsible for the tool repair, schedules, and records, including meeting deadlines or requests needed to fill orders.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory and rework departments to ensure tools are turned in a timely manner.
- Use basic hand tools to repair minor imperfections to threads.
- Assures that all rotors and stators meet the quality standards, engineering specifications, and customer requirements according to OEM.
- Ensure for stators: Mic, measure cutbacks and stencil with size lobe size and stage, date received and fit.
- Ensure rotors are always handled and stored properly.
- Ensure proper stator fit and rubber pulled for all job requests.
- Complete all quality records and documentation required.

- Ability to operate torque machine, overhead crane, forklift, and other related equipment.
- Ability to read tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
