Service Technician

Froling Energy, the leader in the installation and service of innovative commercial biomass boiler systems in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts is expanding our workforce. We are looking for an individual to be a team player in our service department.

Are you a reliable and self motivated independent individual that can work with minimum supervision? You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our customer's wood pellet and wood chip biomass boiler systems. The ideal applicant should have the ability to quickly diagnose problems, have strong communication skills and understand the basic mechanical systems of boiler plants.

In the summer time this position shifts to on-site construction and helps with the installation of these boilers. A strong mechanical background is a must.

Tasks include:

- Boiler cleanings

- Boiler maintenance

- Diagnosing boiler faults

- Analyzing boiler data

- Communicating with customers

- Driving a service van (need clean record)

- General outdoor construction work

- Mechanical work

Must be able to:

- Use modern equipment/technology (Mobile, computers, tablets)

- Pass Drug/Background check

- During summer months, work on site with construction crew.

- Work extended hours/overtime as needed

- Must have flexibility to do stay away work from time to time.

- Be able to work in schools(need clean record)

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
