We’re expanding our Service Division and seeking a dependable Carpenter / Service Technician with strong carpentry skills and experience in general handyman trades.

About The Role

As a Service Technician /Carpenter at Garcia Construction, you’ll always be doing something different, from performing a variety of small repairs (toilet repair, paint touch ups) to more difficult renovations (custom carpentry in historic renovations, small/medium deck build, repairing a water leak and water damage). This position will also support our real estate and property management divisions by preparing homes for sale, handling inspection repairs, managing warranty service calls, etc.
