EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

ServiceStar is currently seeking to fill an open Repair Technician position and for the right applicant. This is an outstanding opportunity for motivated and talented applicants! As a Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a broad range of commercial cleaning equipment for our large customer base in the Greater Atlanta Market and surrounding areas. For this particular position you must possess a positive attitude, superb verbal and written communication skills, great customer service skills, and a go-getter attitude. You must also be able to communicate well over the phone and be able to work independently without constant supervision. Basic computer and technology skills needed for documenting and closing out service calls. On occasion, overnight trips may be needed.
