Service Shop Planner

Position Description –

The Service Planner is responsible for ensuring that all required information is communicated with Service Team and Service shop activities are accurate and passed through accordingly in a timely fashion. The Service Planner shall also be responsible for working with the Service Technicians, Service Coordinators, Service Processing Specialist, and the Shop Supervisor to accurately and efficiently move repairs through the service process to meet customer expectations.
