About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee daily installation and service team operations for our residential and commercial water treatment service division. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for mentoring others and improving service delivery.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $70,000-$80,000 annually, and is negotiable based on your level of experience, technical expertise, and qualifications. Additional performance bonuses and commission opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
Team Management
•Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians and staff
•Coordinate scheduling, daily routes, and technician assignments
•Conduct performance reviews and ongoing development planning
•Ensure safety, compliance, and team accountability
Service Oversight
•Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs of water treatment systems
•Monitor and resolve open and closed service tickets
•Perform quality control checks and documentation
•Manage service inventory, tools, and equipment logistics
•Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and assignments
Customer & Communication
•Handle escalated customer service issues
•Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
•Utilize CRM systems and mobile tools for scheduling and reporting
•Communicate service goals and quality issues to leadership
Requirements
TCEQ Class III Installer’s License (preferred)-If you do not have this license but have extensive experience in the water treatment or plumbing field, we will support you in obtaining it.*
•2–3 years of experience in water treatment, plumbing, or related field
•Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
•Must pass background check and drug screening
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile work apps
