Trust Roofing is hiring for a Services Manager position. The services manager oversees Trust Roofing’s repair and service production managing service technicians. The role drives a concierge-level experience, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining transparent communication to deliver outstanding roofing services.
- intake service projects from sales and fully understand the scope of work and company responsibilities to execute it.
- Conduct initial client contact, review and adjust material orders as needed and ensure the sole scope aligns with company standards.
- Develop and manage service technicians schedules, staging, and quality control plans.
- Ensure daily, transparent communication with clients, setting clear expectations and timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates for job costing, receipts, invoices and project documentation to support team clarity and accounting.
Ideally some roofing background but this is not required.
