Service Hand Primary Function Well Control Equipment. -Nipple up/Nipple down and perform rebuilds on site Authorized to act and advise afterwards. Reporting to Operations MGR Direct Reports None, Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Maintain complete confidentiality of information pertaining to the company and other proprietary information
- Schedule all work to complete tasks/projects within the hours scheduled

- Maintain equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. Includes:
- Installing
- Diagnosing
- Repairing
- Disassembling
- Assembling
- Calibration
- Pressure Testing
- Follow all processes required to Rebuild Well Control Equipment on site. Includes:
- Pressure Cleaning
- Tear Down
- Replace consumable components and Reassemble
- Test, may include pressure testing
- Paint
- Maintain a clean worksite. Dispose of all material in the proper manner
- Assist in training other Shop personnel as required.
- Build rapport and productive working relationships with all field, shop, and office personnel.
- Keep technical knowledge up to date.
- Utilize experience to resolve complex problems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Function in role of Shop II for Minimum of 12 months
- Ability to successfully complete 6 months of Well Control on the Job Training to function independently on customers’ site.
- Expert Knowledge of the industry to properly use hand tools and instruments

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Proven capability of handling a heavy workload
- Have the ability to maneuver effectively in job sites.
- Maintain a Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for insurability
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete safety programs as required
- Repair Shop/ Job Site environment 100%
- Working hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- May require overtime and significant schedule changes to meet commitments
