Summary
We are seeking a Service Department Manager to join our team . In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing service department operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
•Manage daily operations of the department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
•Lead and develop team members through effective training and mentorship.
•Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to maximize financial performance.
•Implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for products.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
•Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the department.
•Assist other department heads and report to General Manager and Owner regarding department goals, milestones and financial budget.
Requirements
•Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
•Strong budgeting skills with a focus on financial performance.
•Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities.
•Familiarity with retail math concepts is essential.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
