The successful candidate will be the primary person responsible for helping walk in customers and will be trained in Customer Guarantee gate keeping functions as back up to other Service Coordinators. Will also be trained to provide support for high priority work when other Service Coordinators are absent. Other responsibilities will include supporting roll to the New Connects service coordinator, data entry, managing all incoming and outgoing mail, payroll support and other clerical work as requested by management or team members. May be trained in specific Company applications as needed.
