Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with people? We're looking for a Production Scheduler & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will play a critical role in scheduling our installation teams, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth operations from job scheduling to service follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
•Schedule installers for upcoming jobs and service calls
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer scheduling and service inquiries
•Create and manage service tickets and job documentation
•Collect, scan, and organize completed paperwork and documentation from installation crews
•Assist with updating project statuses and internal schedules
•Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient job execution
Ideal Candidate:
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•Experience with scheduling, customer service, or project coordination preferred
•Comfortable with technology (basic office software, CRM, and document scanning tools)
•Problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks and priorities
