The Servers & Storage Engineering Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day support services within a specific region, acting as the primary contact for remote resolver groups and IS&T partners to ensure customer expectations are met. They uphold IS&T's customer service reputation by consistently delivering professional support and aligning customer expectations with operational priorities. With a comprehensive understanding of operational activities, they work to minimize business impacts caused by outages or incidents.
