The Onshore Wind Turbine Systems departmentis a key technical interface to the RWE Clean Energy project development organization and their new and repower wind development projects. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Senior Wind Resource Analyst, who is responsible for wind resource assessment and site suitability.

The successful candidate will analyze onsite meteorological data, create turbine layouts, and calculate energy production estimates for North American utility-scale wind projects. They will also select specific turbine models with respect to site suitability constraints and analyze and approve third-party turbine power performance testing.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $117,700-$177,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
