We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Tooling Engineer

to oversee and grow our ROV tooling hire and sales operation in the UK. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tooling lifecycle—ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, test, and repair ROV tooling systems

- Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical equipment

- Support clients with technical guidance and issue resolution

- Collaborate with technicians and sales on projects and tenders

- Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and inventory

- Develop safe testing procedures and mentor junior staff

Competence Requirements

- Industry relevant experience of minimum 5 year.

- Strong knowledge and experience in ROV tooling systems and their applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal

- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.

- Right to work in the UK.
