As an experienced Senior Regional Sourcing Specialist
, you'll be instrumental in supporting our
North America and South America operations. Reporting to our Category Manager and working closely with the key regional stakeholders, you will
develop, lead, and execute local, regional, and national componentry sourcing plans.Elevating your strategic sourcing expertise
within a heavy engineering environment, you'll
lead comprehensive country market analysis. This involves not just understanding, but
proactively identifying competitive dynamics, market discontinuities, and critical external environmental, political, and legal factorsto provide rich, actionable insights that directly influence our sourcing strategy.
Beyond analysis, you'll act as a
key architect of our global supply chain partnerships. You'll
champion all regional procurement and sourcing activitiesfor Global Components, strategically identifying and engaging high-impact vendors. Your
exceptional negotiation skillswill be crucial for value creation and fostering win-win outcomes, enabling you to expertly craft and implement commercial agreements that are pivotal to our sustained success.
