The Senior Service Engineer is responsible for delivering expert-level technical support and service to customers installation. This includes maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer relationship management for GE Vernova’s power conversion systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Provide advanced technical support for installed GE Power Conversion systems (drives, converters, and automation systems).
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex field issues.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to implement system upgrades and retrofits.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for internal and customer use.
- Support service contract execution and ensure compliance with Long Term Support Agreement
- Mentor junior service engineers and provide on-the-job training.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering service or field engineering, preferably in power conversion or industrial automation.
- Master’s Degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
