Under limited supervision of the Supervisor, Business Systems Support, applies specialized analytical and business analysis knowledge and skills to maintain and enhance complex systems and large-scale systems deployment efforts, Provides support of automated solutions and associated business processes. Serves as the critical link between the user department and Technology staff – ensuring user requirements are understood, communicated, and acted upon appropriately. Support provided includes serving as an expert-level knowledge resource for system end users; monitoring system operations and performance; troubleshooting system problems; and identifying, designing, and implementing resolutions to system problems and enhancements.

· Support, maintain, and enhance existing implementations of SAP IS-U and Service Cloud solutions.
· Lead the implementation of change through SDLC from defining requirements, designing solutions, developing and documenting functional specifications, configuring and working with Development or System Administration resources, testing, coordinating migration of solutions into Production environments, and validating Production results.
· Configure and customize SAP IS-U core front office functions for Business and Technical Master Data and associated front office processes to include move ins, move outs, customer inquiries and updates, and integration with call center solution.
· Configure and customize SAP IS-U back-office functions for billing, dunning, and collections processes and exception management.
· Support and enhance primary interfaces to include meter reading (IDOC technology) interfacing, payment interfacing, bill print processing, Dunning processes, and correspondence.
· Monitor and support SAP IS-U batch mass activity processing.
· Support integration with Service and Work Order Management and support mobile work management tools.
· Perform data extraction of SAP IS-U data as required by business initiatives.
· Analyze and document overall business processes related to SAP IS-U and Service Cloud.
· Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for system enhancements.
· Perform functional testing to include unit, regression, system, and coordination for user acceptance testing to include thoroughly documenting results.
· Provide expert guidance and support during system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
· Provide overarching project support including assisting with requests for proposals, evaluation of vendors, and other project-related activities.
· Possession of a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field and 6 years of analysis experience with focus on SAP IS-U and Service Cloud solutions, or possession of a master’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field and 4 years of analysis experience with focus on SAP IS-U and Service Cloud and/or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and knowledge.
· Strong understanding of water utility industry Meter to Cash business processes.
· Proficiency in SAP IS-U and Service Cloud configuration and customization including knowledge of Business and Technical Master Data, Device Management, Billing and Invoicing processes including Bill Print, and primary processes such as Move Ins, Move Outs, and Disconnection and Reconnection processing.
· Proficiency in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including eliciting requirements, design, documenting functional specifications and process flows, configuration, working with development resources to communicate technical requirements, testing, and implementation planning and execution.
· Ability to analyze Production system issues and work efficiently to resolve problems.
· Knowledge of Batch Management to include standard SAP IS-U Mass Processes.
· Experience with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and other meter reading technologies and associated integration with SAP IS-U preferred.
· Experience with Work Management processes and support for Work Management mobile applications for utility field services preferred.
· Expertise in building test plans, developing test cases, and performing application testing to include regression, integration, unit, and system testing and accompanying documentation.
· Experience as a liaison with Third Party vendors in support of certain business activities.
· Expert knowledge of SAP IS-U data model and tools for performing custom data extractions as required.
· Demonstrated team leadership skills including facilitation and consensus building and mentoring of less experienced analysts.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
· Experience with Issue Management and Change Management applications.
· Experience with SAP Service Cloud version 2 desired.
· Experience with Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. ) a plus.
· Required to be present at the office at least three days a week.
· Must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment.
