About the Role:
Atlas is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts from our Portland, OR Home Office. In this player-coach role, you’ll be responsible for both driving new business and providing leadership to a small but growing sales team. You’ll help shape sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and ensure performance targets are met.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead and support local and remote Sales Executives to drive revenue
•Personally generate new business opportunities and manage your own book of business
•Conduct joint calls, proposal reviews, and weekly pipeline check-ins
•Serve as a key point of contact between sales and senior leadership
•Provide coaching, performance feedback, and accountability
What You Bring:
•5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
•Strong understanding of the janitorial or facility services space (a plus) or comparable experience in a transferable industry
•Proven ability to lead while delivering personal results
•Motivational leadership style with attention to metrics and people
•Willingness to take ownership and build systems for scalable growth
