What You'll Be Doing:

•

Closing high-intent deals – No cold calling! You will be working with warm leads—homeowners who already have solar and are interested in adding a battery.

•

Presenting and educating – You’ll explain the benefits of battery storage, including energy independence, backup power, and Rocky Mountain Power’s Watt Smart rebate program.

•

Handling pricing and contracts – You’ll guide customers through the pricing, financing, and installation process, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to signed agreement.

•

Maximizing your earnings – With a competitive base pay of $20/hour and a high-commission structure, top closers at 1Solar take home significant earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

•

At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably phone-based), with at least 1 year as a closer.

•

Solar experience is a huge plus—but if you’re a strong closer, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

•

A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.

•

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals efficiently.

•

A driven, competitive, and coachable mindset—we want top performers who are hungry to succeed.
