We are seeking a Senior Research & Development (R&D) Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and build of a first-of-its-kind prototype laser system designed to enable fusion ignition. In this role, you will translate complex designs into operational hardware, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive hands-on execution.
