We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects within our civil/structural, mechanical, electrical/instrumentation and geotechnical services team. Based in Calgary, AB, Canada, this role is vital in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of oil and gas, renewable energy, and mining projects aligned with our company's mission and values. Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee multiple oil and gas, renewable energy, and mining projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives.

- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship.

- Utilize project management tools and methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.

- Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management within the oil and gas, renewable energy, and mining projects sectors.

- A minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field (a masers degree would be an asset.). PMP certificate would also be an aset.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Primavera P6.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $150,000.00-$190,000.00 per year
