We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will play a key role in leading the successful planning, execution, and completion of the water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects in the heavy civil industry, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
Responsibilities include:
•Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
•Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms, plans, and specifications.
•Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules.
•Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
•Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
•Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.
•Communicate project progress to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
•Own project financial performance and ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
•Cultivate strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
•Enforce adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field of study.
•PMP certification or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
•10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction.
•Proven success in managing projects exceeding $10M in scope.
•Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors.
•Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
•The ability to travel out of town to job sites.
Location:
Remote, preferably in the state of Texas, within close proximity of a major aiport.
Travel to jobsites up to 10 days per month is required.

Salary range*: $140-$180k annually
