Job Summary
The Senior Pipeline Integrity Project Coordinator reports to the Supervisor of Integrity Management. The Senior Pipeline Integrity Project Coordinator role is primarily responsible for managing ILI and ILI dig projects for our transmission, gathering, and storage pipeline assets. In this role, you ensure the safe and reliable operation of pipeline systems by coordinating all phases of projects related to pipeline integrity. The role is responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and ensuring compliance of all projects within their responsibility. The Project Coordinator will handle AFE generation, scope development, timeline management, cost estimation, and documentation of tasks, while also guiding 3rd parties and internal stakeholders. This role will be required to coordinate and lead projects originated by our Corrosion Control team as needed. Up to 25% overnight travel is expected for this position.
Key Accountabilities
•Coordinate activities with various stakeholders (including Project Management, Engineering, Construction,Operations, Gas Control, and 3rd parties)
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
•Establish communication of company and project specifications based on project scope. Guide contractors and the internal project team to ensure specifications are understood and followed.
•Provide guidance and project scoping for integrity or corrosion control issues.
•Work with data from pipeline inspections (e.g., in-line inspection or NDE data) to identify potential integrity issues and inform decision-making, specifically regarding pipeline repair decisions.
•Oversee the execution and proper documentation of tasks through the integrity evaluation process.
•Stay current on existing and proposed federal and state regulations that affect pipeline integrity or corrosion control.
•Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
•Originate written communications with internal stakeholders to report on project status, stage gates, inspection acceptance, and assessment findings.
•Travel to field locations to support the budget development, pre-planning, and implementation of projects
•May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
•6 years of job-related experience including 3 years of project coordination experience
•Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
•Experience writing reports and updates to communicate project progress and results to management
•Experience in the gas, oil, or petrochemicals industry
•Experience and demonstrated success working collaboratively with a cross-functional team
Preferred:
•Experience coordinating integrity assessments with one or more of the following ILI, ILI Digs, ECDA, Pressure Testing, NDE, or similar
•Experience with natural gas transmission pipelines

•Desire to develop and maintain productive relationships for the purpose of strengthening the company’s safety culture

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works both in a business office setting and at a project site. While working at a project site, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including cold/hot, wet and/or humid conditions, uneven or steep terrain and may work near moving mechanical parts and/or machinery. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration (see physical requirements above). The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate in the office but, may become loud at the project site.
