Who You Are

Sila's Moses Lake Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Designer & Fabrication Specialist to contribute to our innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CAD design across multiple engineering disciplines, coupled with hands-on fabrication skills and a deep commitment to safety and functional design. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent computer, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently on unique designs, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and potentially managing projects and resources.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The starting base pay for this role is between $111,000 and $140,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila’s competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
