Position Overview – Senior Sales & Marketing Analyst
The Senior Sales & Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, supporting RFQ/CRM processes and reporting, developing customer prospecting and outreach programs, and providing sales and marketing support to the CEO and Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional seeking a multi-faceted role with the potential to make significant contributions to a growing company.
Key Responsibilities (Duties may be adjusted as business needs evolve)
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Oversee the relationship, calendar, and programming for the Milwaukee Bucks Small Business Partnership.
- Manage and update content on the company website.
- Manage quote data and reporting within the ERP system.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from UMI’s CRM system.
- Develop and maintain customer prospect lists and research company contacts.
- Manage the communication process for prospective customers.
- Produce, edit, and maintain marketing collateral for prospective customers.
- Deliver marketing materials to prospective customers in person as needed.
- Assist with and participate in industry trade shows.
- Support additional sales and marketing activities as required by company leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for generating reports and spreadsheets.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Desire to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
- Ability to develop marketing collateral using various applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Friendly, professional personality with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to consolidate data for reporting and correspondence.
- High energy, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience using social media platforms and analyzing related data.
