Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Systems Engineer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Senior Manager Systems Engineer will oversee system administration, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient information technology operations. The responsibilities include managing system infrastructures, monitoring system performance, and ensuring security and compliance. The role requires collaborating with various teams to facilitate seamless IT and system operations.

Qualifications

- System Administration, Technical Support, and Information Technology skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with security protocols and compliance standards

- Ability to manage complex technical projects and work collaboratively

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus
