ssential duties and responsibilities:
T

he duties of the Senior Project Controls Manager are generally described as coordinating and directing project controls teams on assigned projects. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

*evelop and Implement Project Controls:

•

evelop and maintain project controls plans and procedures.

•

stablish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

•

mplement and monitor cost control and performance measurement methodologies.

•

evelop and manage change control procedures.

*eam Leadership and Management:

•

upervise and mentor project controls staff.

•

oordinate work with other project team members and stakeholders.

•

trong organization skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

*eporting and Analysis:

•

repare and present project performance reports (cost, schedule, and quality).

•

nalyze project data to identify trends, issues, and potential risks.

•

rovide recommendations for corrective actions.

*isk Management:

•

dentify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

•

aintain risk registers and track risk mitigation plans.

*ontract Administration:

•

eview and manage contracts, including change orders, invoices, and payments.

•

nsure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

*ontinuous Improvement:

•

dentify and implement process improvements to enhance project controls effectiveness.

•

tay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.

*ollaboration and Communication:

•

bility to liaise and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

ommunicate project status and performance effectively.

inimum requirements :

ducation:
B

achelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent with 15+ years or more of experience will also qualify and be considered for this role.

his position requires 15 more years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost controls, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, and project management.

•

ravel to field locations may be required but is estimated to be less than 10% of time. Department members will have a heavy workload, with unplanned overtime and changes in work priorities; multiple projects with short turnaround time are common.

ay be required to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.

he successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, including a credit report for certain positions, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed.
