We are seeking motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as a Senior Manager, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Development, reporting to the company’s VP of Development.The successful candidate will have experience with large-scale energy project development in ERCOT and/or markets within the Eastern Interconnect (e.g. SPP, MISO, etc.).

Project Developers at esVolta are engaged in all aspects of the development cycle including assessing the potential for energy storage in state and regional markets, shaping regional go-to market strategies, initiating and managing greenfield project developments, managing external consultants, assessing project economics, developing proposals and executing revenue and/or hedge contracts with utility customers and other market offtakers, and participating in M&A opportunities. Location

This position is classified as remote; however, periodic travel to company offices, project sites, or other meeting locations may be required on an as-needed basis.
