Position Overview:
Senior Management Team members will provide direct support services and operational leadership within the residential program. These individuals will serve as the lead staff members, ensuring program implementation, compliance, and high-quality service delivery for individuals with IDD.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver and oversee daily residential support services, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.
•Supervise direct support professionals (DSPs) and facilitate effective team collaboration.
•Develop and implement individual service plans (ISPs) tailored to residents’ needs.
•Assist in behavioral support and intervention strategies aligned with CT DDS requirements.
•Maintain compliance with residential standards, ensuring service quality and ethical care practices.
•Provide training and mentoring to staff regarding best practices in person-centered care.
•Coordinate with clinical teams, guardians, and CT DDS representatives to optimize service provision.
•Participate in crisis management, problem-solving, and advocacy efforts for individuals under care.
Minimum Requirements:
•At least three (3) years of experience providing residential supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
•Two (2) years may be substituted with two (2) years of experience providing support to individuals with behavioral or mental health needs.
•Strong interpersonal, leadership, and crisis management skills.
•Knowledge of best practices, care management, and regulatory compliance in residential programs.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
