Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, the Senior Lead, Training and Development (known at EVR as Administrator, Training and Development) is responsible for coordination and management of training requirements across our Fording River Operations. Supervising and supporting the Mine Operations, Maintenance, and Processing training teams to ensure departmental training requirements are being met.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who loves to help others build skills and contribute to their success. Someone who is self-motivated, collaborates well with a team and can influence and develop compelling points to implement procedures. We require someone with strong attention to detail, who is adaptable, and able to prioritize contending demands.
In this role you will have the opportunity to guide the training team to deliver results. You are responsible for the overall success of the site training program as well as being a representative of the broader EVR training team in the development of minimum standards, best practices, and standardization of training results across all our sites.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
