About The Position

The person in this role is a licensed design professional responsible for leading landscape architecture and land planning services within a multidisciplinary civil engineering and survey environment. The Landscape Architect plays a key role in integrating sustainable site design, environmental planning, and regulatory coordination into land development projects. This role combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving and strong communication skills to guide public and private clients from concept through construction. Internally, the Landscape Architect collaborates with engineering and survey teams to streamline project delivery, reduce reliance on external consultants, and enhance our in-house planning capabilities. A strong understanding of zoning, permitting, environmental impact, and resilient design is essential. This role supports both project execution and the long-term expansion of our planning services.
