Role:
Lead IT support and systems administration for Microsoft enterprise technologies. Act as escalation point for complex issues, manage core IT systems, coordinate with vendors, and implement technical improvements.
- Troubleshoot & resolve complex hardware, software, network issues.
- Support and manage Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, Microsoft Teams.
- Configure Group Policy, scripts, and automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Handle AD DS upgrades/migrations and Office 365 mailbox migrations.
- Work with vendors and maintain documentation.
