Position Summary

This Senior Human Resource Business Partner position will be located at the Brunswick Nuclear Plant in Southport, NC. The Senior HR Business Partner will manage work in human resource areas of specialization, with minimal supervision. They are expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. They are fully competent in use of concepts and procedures. They identify problems, develop solutions and take actions to resolve. The Senior HR Business Partner builds partnerships across the HR function in order to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

Responsibilities* Responsible for performing HR related duties in broad based HR functions (e.g., compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, labor relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action, employment law, change management).

Required/Basic Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree

Desired Qualifications* More than five (5) years of HR related experience working as an HR generalist

Working Conditions* 4-10s schedule
