The
Senior Financial Analystwill support month- and quarter-end close cycles, tackle complex accounting and reporting matters, and contribute to ad-hoc projects and accounting integrations — all while ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and company policies.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and company policies.
- Support the financial reporting process and maintain documentation for SOX and C-SOX compliance.
- Research, analyze, and resolve complex accounting issues in collaboration with Technical Accounting and other divisions.
- Prepare ad-hoc and non-GAAP reports, including surveys and management analyses.
- Contribute to developing and formalizing accounting policies.
- Analyze and account for acquisitions, business combinations, dispositions, and related costs.
- Partner with Treasury on debt and equity accounting, financing costs, and interest accruals.
- Prepare or review cash flow proofs, KPIs, decommissioning liabilities, provisions, share-based compensation, FX, hedge accounting, and goodwill impairment.
- Oversee lease accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy across divisions.
- Support audits, corporate initiatives, and system/process improvement projects.
- CPA designation with 6–8 years of progressive experience, including at least 4 years in a Big 4 (or equivalent) public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX/C-SOX, and public company reporting requirements.
- Proven experience with multi-currency, acquisitive, high-growth environments.
- Technical expertise in complex accounting issues and integrations.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- ERP and reporting system experience (JD Edwards, OneStream, Hyperion, Workiva; SAP S/4HANA an asset).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
