Application question(s):
•Tell us about a time when you had to pivot quickly in an exploration program due to unexpected field conditions. What was the situation, and what did you do?
•Imagine you’re reviewing drill core results that don’t match your geological model. How do you approach revising your interpretation and communicating this to the team?
•Tectonic Metals values curiosity and bold thinking. Share an example of a time you challenged a standard exploration approach or proposed an unconventional idea. What happened?
•You’re leading a multi-week remote program, and the team’s morale is low due to weather and setbacks. How would you address this as a leader?
•What excites you most about joining a small, fast-moving exploration company compared to a large mining organization?
•Describe a situation where integrating data from different sources (geology, geophysics, geochemistry) led you to a breakthrough insight or discovery. How did you connect the dots?
