We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive, Investor Relations, with extensive experience working with a publicly traded company, in the mining industry, to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our capital markets strategy and stakeholder engagement.
As our Senior Executive, Investor Relations, you will serve as the Chief Strategist and spokesperson for Tectonic’s investor relations and corporate communications. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside executive leadership, you will craft and execute an integrated IR strategy that builds investor trust, elevates brand visibility, and reinforces Tectonic’s investment thesis across institutional, retail, and strategic audiences. Your work will directly influence market perception, capital access, and long-term shareholder value.
- Design and execute a dynamic, multi-year investor relations and corporate communications strategy that aligns with the Company’s growth objectives and elevates its market profile.
- Act as the Company’s lead representative to the investment community, building and managing relationships with institutional investors, retail shareholders, analysts, brokers, and media outlets.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective investors, retail brokers, family offices, and research analysts. Ensure consistent engagement through timely updates, direct outreach, and tailored communications that deepen stakeholder loyalty and confidence in the Company’s vision and execution.
- Own the creation and refinement of the Company’s investment narrative. Draft and oversee financial disclosures, operational updates, and news releases that communicate key milestones and strategic direction.
- Maintain and evolve investor materials, including corporate presentations, fact sheets, marketing decks, and digital content. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor trading activity, shareholder base composition, analyst coverage, peer performance, and industry trends. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Support equity and non-dilutive financing efforts by identifying opportunities, preparing roadshow materials, coordinating investor outreach, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Plan and participate in conferences, investor roadshows, webinars, site visits, and virtual/in-person events across North America and Europe to maximize exposure and build trust.
- Manage the corporate website, social media presence, and communications calendar. Oversee investor email campaigns and content strategies that drive visibility and engagement.
- Create and refine clear, compelling visual content (including investor presentations, infographics, and marketing decks) that communicate complex technical and financial information with clarity and impact. Ensure all materials are visually aligned with the Company’s brand and investor messaging strategy.
- Maintain an accurate and organized investor database (CRM), ensuring effective segmentation, timely follow-up, and meaningful communication across all stakeholder groups.
- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, capital markets, or corporate communications, preferably in the exploration and mining sector.
- 10 years of experience in the mining industry, and experience in a publicly traded company.
- A well-established network of relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and retail brokers, with a demonstrated ability to open doors and drive engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at transforming technical and financial information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, equity financing, and shareholder dynamics.
- Proficiency in IR tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, investor targeting software, newswire services).
- A proactive, high-energy self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, able to synthesize market intelligence and inform executive decision-making.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with executive-level leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for roadshows, conferences, and site visits across North America and abroad.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and visual communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Excel charting), with a sharp eye for design, brand consistency, and investor-friendly formatting.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into engaging, professional visuals that resonate with institutional and retail investor audiences.
- Experience managing social media and digital platforms to amplify corporate messaging and investor engagement is an asset.
